All disputes are subject to Ludhiana jurisdiction only.

Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery only.

We reserve the right to clean any garment by any chemical process.

Every effort is made to remove stains, but UClean – Jagraon will not be responsible for stubborn and unremovable stains
All articles are accepted at customers’ risk. In case, garments / article get damaged in the process, we can’t consider payment as a compensation, however we can offer free services which will be limited to 10 times of the service charge.

Please note that we will not be responsible if the garments are not collected within 15 days from the date of scheduled delivery. Unless, the customer has given prior information about the delay.

In the event of Lost or Damage for which firm may be liable. The firm will have the opinion of either Repairing, Replacing or Paying 5 to 10 times of the Dry cleaning charges but note more than 10 % of the Cost of the Garment.
Whichever is lower We accept no liability for any loss or damage to clothes arising due to fire, burglary etc. which are beyond our control or similar incidences.

We shall not be held responsible for any ornaments or jewellery fittings on your clothes getting damaged during the processing.
Laundry360 reserves the rights to cancel/modify/change the terms and conditions at any point in time without any prior intimation or notice.
